Tour Package Exclude :

1. Any optional tour not mentioned in tour inclusion.

2. Any kind of taxes levied by government.

3. Air-line and hotel surcharges (if applicable) during high season / festive season / trade fairs to be paid extra per person.

4. Cost of extension of validity or deviation of your air ticket.

5. Medical test and premium cost of your Overseas Travel Insurance.

6. Baggage handling fees charged by operating airlines for excess weight of check in Baggage.

7. Portages, Tips, Laundry , Telephone call, Excess to mini bar in hotels, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, Mineral water, food and drink not forming the part of tour,  or any personal nature expenses

8. Wheel chair charges required on tour / airport ( subject to availability)

9. GST applicable on gross invoice.

Important Notes :

1. MEALS : There will be American or continental breakfast serve at the hotel wheree AMTPL cannot make any changes in the spread served. Lunch/dinner wherever provided on tour is on pre-set menus by the restaurants. The meal type selected by the passenger such as Jain / Veg / Non Veg is subject to availability at restaurants or airlines. If Meals are missed out by passenger due to late or non arrival on given time or mentioned restaurant there will be no  refund/compensation for the same.

2. VEHICLES / SEATING ARRANGEMENT : In case of coach breakdown, AMTPL will make every efforts to fix the problem but please note there will be no refund or monetary compensation for inconvenience cause or any missed portion of the itinerary, it is advisable not to leave your belongings behind at the time of disembarking/leaving the coach. AMTPL will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach. All baggage and valuables or your passport in all circumstances will be responsibility of passenger. On tours, coach or vehicle used for transfer purposes including local sightseeing. There is no specific seat allocation and will be on first cum first serve basis. If Flight / Cruise / Coach Transfers / Sight scene missed out due to weather conditions / traffic jamm / Security Check in or any unavoidable circumstances, AMTPL will not be responsible for the same.

3. VISA : Passenger should hold valid travel documents, Passport and visas during tour. It will be passenger's responsibility to provide complete set of documents for visa required by the embassy/consulate before 1 month from departure date or as advised by the Company. In case of the visa application made by passenger or by the Company on his/her behalf is rejected by the consulate due to inadequate supporting documents or late submission of document or for whatever reason where the visa could not be processed AMTPL will not be responsible for the visas & Visa fees and tour booking amount will be non-refundable. Due to any clerical error regarding name, attachment of wrong photograph, duration and type of visa (single/multiple entry) occurring on passport, refusal of visas on arrival or delays in visa procedure AMTPL will not liable for any compensation . Passport is required to be courier to different cities for visas, Company will forward them by reputed courier. In case of any transmission delays or loss of passport arising in such transmission Company would not be responsible to compensate the same.

The Price printed in the brochure is calculated on the basis of Current Visa Price as on Dt.21-01-2018.

SINGAPORE : INR 1900/-

MALAYSIA : INR 2200/-SINGLE ENTRY

THAILAND : INR 2700/-SINGLE ENTRY

(Diffrence of on arrival visa fees will be paid by passengers.)

In case of any increasing visa fees after the date mentioned will effect the tour cost & passengers need to pay difference amount for visa fees.

4. BROCHURE INFORMATION: All information given in the Brochure/Itinerary/ Cost/Sightseeing Tours are based on the information available at the time of publication. AMTPL reserve the right to change the brochure / itinerary before or after booking your tour due to any event beyond our control in case if we will know about any changes before your departure AMTPL will update or communicate with you otherwise our Tour Manager or Local Representative will inform you about the changes on the tour.

5. AIRLINES : AMTPL does not reserve any rights for seat selection in airlines. The internal airline used for package are LCC, no food will be served on board. It allows 20 KG Check in Luggage and 07 KG Cabin Luggage. Additional baggage weight charged will be borne by passenger. In case of any circumstances, if Airlines get delay or cancel its flight or If guest / group miss further connection of flights during their connecting flight for the international sector AMTPL will not be responsible due to any reason for the same. 

6. HOTELS : If accommodation is not available in the mentioned hotel due to reason beyond our control. AMTPL will make best efforts to shift passenger to a similar category hotel. No complaints or claim shall be made by the client in this respect. Also in some case of the passenger are upgraded to a higher category room due to non-availability of STANDARD Room AMTPL will not be liable to provide the same category room to other Guest.>

7. During sight scene the vehicle will go up to permissible point only. From that point any arrangement to be made at extra cost have to be borne by passengers.

8. Operation of a Group tour is a subject to minimum participation of 20 paying adult passenger.

9. Guest booking Child under 11 with no bed (CNB) please note there will be no bed provided for the child in the room.

10. Check in time is 15:00 Hrs. and Check out time is 11:00 Hrs. and guest have to pay one night additional charge for early check in or late check out. 

11. ROE will be applicable of the day you make the payment or final payment.

12. Room rates are based on Standard category of rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable to upgrade room category.

13. Any increase in Visa / Airfare / Fuel price, change in government regulations taxes etc. charged by airline will have to be borne by passenger. AMTPL will not be responsible for the same. 

14. The price mentioned in the itinerary are subject to change without prior notice.

15. Tour will be followed by itinerary and timing strictly. AMTPL Tour Manager has the rights to change the itinerary on the tours with the concern of Head office due to unavoidable circumstances. Tour itinerary cannot be changed as per the passenger convenience.

16. In case of any Deportation / Arrest / Due to Immigration and Custom Clearance AMTPL will not be legally responsible for any claim. There will be no refund for the tour package.

17. Optional sight scene have to be booked in advance paying an additional cost. There will be no refund / no change against the same.

18. Service will be given in exchange of Original Vouchers / itinerary only.

19. There is no refund for any unutilized services.

20. All cost are per person on Twin sharing basis.

21. Passengers traveling on international tour must reach the airport at least 3 Hours before the departure time.

22. Cruise price and cabins are subject to availability.

23. Please read all the general Terms And Conditions And Cancellation Policy before book your tour / package.

NOTE FOR THAILAND VISA :

1. An Issuance of visa from the Embassy does not guarantee an entry in to the Kingdom of Thailand.  The immigration Bureau will have sole discretion to allow entry into the Kingdom subject to Thai-Laws And Regulations.

2. At the immigration counter, you must be ready to show your return ticket, confirmed reservation of accommodations, and means of living expenses at the amount on hand of at least 700 US $ or 20,000 baht per person OR 1400 US $ or 40,000 baht per family for tourist visa.

Payment Policy :

• Initial deposit - Rs. 30,000/-per person to confirm your booking with us. (Non Refundable)

• Second installment - 50% of the total payment  per person from the date of 10 days of booking

• 100% payment to be made at least 25 days before departure

• Total Payment will be accepted in INR as per the Current Rate Of Exchange

Handover of Travel Documents :

Complete handover of documents will be done before 5 Days  of departure it may get delay due to high season, or any delay from suppliers.

Cancellation Policy :

• All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / Ground transportation & Local Sightseeing are pre-blocked, for which company had paid to all the suppliers well in advance / Hence the tour amount will remain Non Refundable depend on how many days before passenger cancel the tour.

• In any circumstances if you want to cancel your tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing

• Cancellation will processed as per below policy. Considering our administration charges and other expenses.

• GST will not be refundable in any case.

Our right to cancel your holiday.

In order for us to learn each tour there must be minimum nos of passengers in group. If the group doesn’t reach the number of passengers required, AMTPL may cancel the tour for that date (provided that we send you notice of the cancellation either in writing or via telephone at least 2 week prior to departure. We will carry forward the amount in the next departure date or refund will be paid by the cheque only within a minimum period of 30 working days. After deducting all Govt. Tax and other cancellation charges

For any litigation the jurisdiction of the court will be Ahmedabad for all purpose.
